Reservations and full payment must be submitted no later than Thursday, June 24, 2022. Reservations received after this date are charged a $25.00 Late Reservation Fee and are only processed on a space-available basis.

Package Description:

Housing and dining services are offered as a package plan for fixed dates and may not be altered. There is no credit for shorter stays or unused dining allotments. Reservations are nontransferable. Each guest must fill out a separate reservation form and submit payment.

Payment:

Reservations will not be processed unless full payment is received with the reservation. Advance payment must be made in U.S. dollars by check or Visa/MasterCard.

Reservations paid by check must be mailed. Checks must be drawn from a U.S. bank account, made payable to the University of Washington, and mailed with the printed reservation form. The University of Washington charges $25.00 for all returned checks.

Reservations paid by Visa/MasterCard may be submitted online, faxed, or mailed. Your online reservation authorizes the University of Washington to charge your credit card for costs incurred after this form has been signed. Additional charges can be but are not limited to, those such as additional nights of lodging, dining, parking, damages, or unreturned keys.

The University reserves the right to the recovery of collection agency fees as authorized by RCW 19.16.500, which may be based on a percentage at a maximum of 40% of the debt in addition to the recovery of any outstanding balance, attorney fees, court costs, and other collection costs.
